i went to make an appointment for my 6yr old granddaughter. The receptionist was very snotty and down right rude in front of a child who is also been terrified from the nesw medis regarding dr Schneider I informed her of these fears. She snatched her chart and "well they won't fight with her here I can tell you that" my granddaughter had a look of terror when she uttered those words.i said no maem they won't took her and left. That lady needs to have a lil more sympathy for children and not judgement. She has been to the dentist plenty of times no problems.her issue was when she was 3 and a half years old they just sit her in a chair not saying a word raised the chair and it scared her.then they sent her to Jacksonville for her dental work.I hope they all arent as snotty as the 2 we have seen there.
