    Went to Florida Dental Center about 16 months ago they told me or ask me if I want you to get dentures or try to save my teeth that's what The Gum specialist said I told him I would like to try to save my teeth he said I would need a deep cleaning and then we can go from there to fix my teeth I need partials root canals crowns cavities filled then I went to prison for unlicensed Contracting I'm currently in the work release program I have 5 months to go before I'm released I work at all area Roofing and Construction but the work release program takes most of my money and leaves me with very little so now I'm dealing with pain and I just don't know what I'm going to do I need help please.

FCHC uses a sliding fee scale (SFS) based on federal poverty limits (FPL) to determine the amount of financial responsibility each patient carries regarding their health care services.

Patients who are at or below 100% of FPL have their health care needs provided by FCHC at a minimal charge.
