    Hi, I was recently in your dental office in los banos and I’m real disappointed at the service there. The dentist that my son got was real rude. She had no compassion and lack of respect for us. The reason we were there was for pain due to his wisdom teeth coming out but I was rudely told that he had cavities and those were causing the pain. My son hates the dentist and he has had traumatic experiences with them. He was calm and expected to find resolution to the problem except we were told it wasn’t the wisdom tooth. After getting the cavities taken care of we got a paper referring us to get the wisdom teeth pulled because in fact it was what was causing the pain!!! Doctor was the dentist who didn’t allow him to get referred the first time we visited the offices. Now my son has to wait another week with the pain until he can get them pulled out. Thank you
