    I had a bad toothache and needed it pulled asap. I called all the dental offices i could think of but i had no luck getting a appt real soon or same day service til I called Primary Plus Dental. I was able to get right in at the Maysville office. A couple days later I was still hurting. I was able to get a appt same day i called and found out i had a infection. This was at the Vanceburg Primary Plus Dental location. I recommend either location. The dentists at both locations were very nice to me also.

    Just want everyone to know how ridiculous this place is. I'm sure there are many more like it but why? I have had an accessed tooth for 3 months now I keep calling to schedule at every location Maysville and Vanceburg keep sending me to Ripley but they tell me they don't know why they keep sending me there because they won't have an opening. I've been to the ER 3 times on 3 different rounds of antibiotics my face is the size of a baseball they tell me they aren't accepting new patients at the time and won't know when they will be but I've been there my whole life.

Our Vanceburg office is located in Building D at the 211 KY 59 PrimaryPlus campus and is proud to feature the care of Ron Mays, DMD who has 30+ years of service. The second facility located at the Maysville office (927 Kenton Station Dr.) is located on the lower level (same floor as our Family Health and Pharmacy services). PrimaryPlus-Dental Center in Maysville offers quality care by Alicia Adkins, DMD, who has been practicing dentistry for 10 years. While the Maysville facility is designed to feature Phase I Dentistry, the Vanceburg office offers some expanded service ranges.
