Mercy Health Center provides the following health services:

In order to be eligible for services, patients must be completely uninsured, at or below 150% of the Federal poverty level, and a resident in one of the following counties: Clarke, Barrow, Jackson, Madison, Oconee or Oglethorpe.

Documentation required:

  • Picture Identification

  • Proof of income, such as paystubs or a notarized letter

  • Proof of residency, such as a letter with a recent date, name and address, or a lease agreement



Services are provided free of charge, although every patient is given the opportunity to contribute to their care either through financial donations or volunteering.

Intake hours: call to make appointment: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Tuesday
Dental hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Friday
