    I have been going to this dentist for a while now. Love it. Great environment. Great staff. But only thing I don't like is one employee gossiping about my personal records to her friends which get back to my mother-in- law. Very embarrassing. Shes done this to my sister as well. And we don't want everyone knowing. She works at bald knob. Very sweet at first. Wasn't expecting her to humiliate us like this. I'm not usually the person to do this. But it's gotten out of hand.

    I am in love with this dental office. The staff are all amazing. Things are explained to you up front before he begins all procedures. Prices are broken down and explained to you. Appointments are super easy to book and never a long wait to be seen. I used another dentist for 44 years and not even he compared to Dr. Powell. His ability to put you at ease is amazing. I just cant say enough about how much I enjoy going to the dentist.

    Won't see someone in excruciating pain with exposed nerves showing because "their schedule is full" then what is the point of advertising emergency dental relief then? I've legit been suffering all weekend with nowhere to go, no other low income dentists in my area, and they didn't even care. They were like "sorry." So I guess I'll continue to be in excruciating pain.
