About Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center Clinic -Columbus Ave

Dental department provides comprehensive, effective and efficient dental and oral healthcare utilizing the latest techniques in state-of-the-art facilities. Provides a full range of dental services including exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions. Pediatric dental services are also available. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Insurance accepted: All insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid (Title 19), HUSKY, Charter Oak and most commercial insurance plans. The Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center seeks to make its services more affordable for uninsured, low-income patients. If you are uninsured and a low-income patient, you may qualify for reduced fees based on your income. This is called a sliding-fee scale.

4. Do you need me to provide income statements in order to verify discounts, mail to provide residency?
5. How are the instruments sterilized?
Heat sterilization is very important for all instruments. If you are not comfortable with their answer, you can choose another office.

Dr. Kenna,I wanted to tell you that you will do well in this area of dwtonown and it is a good location to serve the business public. You have been my dentist for sometime and I will continue as your patient. You have a wonderful staff in Carrie and Pamela., they are very professional.Your office decor is comfortable and is a stressless environment.
