    I have been a patient at Community Health for medical care, since a job and insurance loss. At this time I am looking for insurance coverage working with Mimi at the clinic. I also retired in 2017 and at age 63, will soon be eligible for additional health care coverage and support. Currently I am requesting the cost for the dental care services you provide to clients/patients. At this time, I require basic services such as cleaning and a general exam since it’s been about 3 years since my last dental visit.
