My Community Dental Centers is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation, established in 2006, dedicated to providing dental services to Medicaid enrollees and low-income, uninsured residents throughout the state of Michigan.

It is our mission to create and expand access to ever-improving, quality dental care for Medicaid recipients and low-income, uninsured individuals. The care we provide is customized to meet the appropriate individual needs of each patient, and is offered in a patient-centered atmosphere with exceptional customer service. MCDC is committed to continuous, quality improvement with this "patient first" perspective.

We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.

The American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you're preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.

Your First Appointment



When you arrive at the dental center for your first appointment, you will be asked to read some information and provide some personal history:

A form confirming that you have read and understand MCDCs Cancellation policy, Consent for Treatment acknowledgment, and your right to privacy notification.

A patient information and health history form that we will scan into your permanent patient record.
