Provides dental extractions only. The Dental Clinic is located at 709 SW "H" Avenue (two houses east of Calvary Baptist Church) and is open on the second Thursday of each month. Patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis. Due to a large volume of patients, it is suggested that you should show up at 8:00 A.M. that morning. A clinic worker will be present at 10am on each clinic day to take names. If the patient is unable to be at the signup, he/she may send a proxy (substitute) to sign up. Those on the list should arrive by time assigned to them that afternoon, for roll call and anyone who is not present at the time their name is called, will lose their turn and the next person on the list will be seen. Depending on the number of dentists available on each day, approximately 20-30 extractions can be performed.

2nd Thursday of each month at 4pm


Intake procedure:

Walk-in for appointments and waiting list. Clients must bring a list of medications and fill out a Medical History form.


Fees:

No charge.


Eligibility:

Ages 16 and over (clients ages 16-18 must bring a parent).
