After asking for a refund from Good Sam, they have not cooperated in forwarding my X-Rays to another service. Neither do they answer or return phone calls and have not complied with my request in any way. They are stalling, just as was done with my refund check. That is disgraceful and should not be allowed anywhere or anytime, especially with a former Civil Rights Fund Raiser.
