Gateway Community Health Center Dental Clinic offers a variety of dental services including preventive services, restorative services, and limited oral surgery services for children and adults.

Preventive services include dental exams, radio-graphs, dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction and dental sealants. Restorative services include dental fillings and pediatric dental crowns.

The center offers limited oral surgery services that include but are not limited to routine dental extractions.

The amount of a clients bill will vary depending upon the type(s) of service(s) he/she receives.

The Center will arrange a payment plan should the client not have the money required for services.

For clients who fall at or below 100% federal poverty level income and qualify for the slide fee discount program, a nominal charge will be assessed for the visit.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
