Community Health Center of Snohomish provide a comprehensive list of oral and dental care services for children and adults. Provide everything from routine checkups to cleaning, oral disease treatment, removals, and brace fittings.
dental care services are designed to provide both treatment and preventive services, in order to examine and clean places that are hard to reach on your own. These include, but are not limited to:

-Regular and preventive check-ups
-Fissure sealants
-Extractions
-Limited root canal treatments
-Dental crowns


Accepts Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, select private insurances and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, CHC will help patients sign up for Washington Apple Health; if ineligible we offer a discount fee program.



Dental Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

What Documents am I required to provide?
Do you need me to provide income statements in order to verify discounts, mail to provide residency?

How are the instruments sterilized?
Heat sterilization is very important for all instruments. If you are not comfortable with their answer, you can choose another office.

    No but fees can be discounted if not eligible for Medicaid or Washington Apple Health,which they help you apply for.
