    My confidence is broken. I didn't know rock bottom had a basement. I have 7 living daughter's but a total of 10. 3 passed away. I've been blessed to be married for going on 22 years. Pastor spoke directly to me, today's service was speaking to me. Brother Manny spoke and prayed with me. I've been laid off since October, my 2 year old beauty knocked my front tooth out. Evangel church directed me to this clinic.

Full mouth exam, x-rays, cleaning, extractions and basic restorative procedures (fillings) for adults 18 years and older.

Appointments are required.

Patients whose first language is not English are encouraged to bring an interpreter.

All services for the Dental and Eye care clinic are available to individuals who have met with a Care team counselor and have been approved for services.

Once approved, patients become eligible to receive services for 1 year from the approval date.

After 1 year, patients will need to re-qualify for eligibility.

Patients eligible for services must be over 18 years of age, earn 150% or below the Federal poverty level, be unemployed and have no dental or eye care insurance in place.

All exam services cost $20 per appointment.

Dental clinic hours:

Mondays from 9:00am-1:00pm,
Fridays from 9:00am 5:00pm
Saturdays from 1:00pm 5:00pm
