    on Tuesday May 15th the people at the front desk were extremely rude with no professionalism I asked for their names because my caregiver spoke to two people Samara and Stella when my caregiver tried to call and inquire about getting information on how to take care of my surgical procedure I just had done on my mouth not only did they rudely speak to her offered her no information hung up in her face even when she offered to have me talk on the phone to just get the information on how to properly take care of my mouth post-procedure they insisted that they couldn't give that information over the phone I have to come in which is absurd the only reason she was calling was cuz I could barely speak anyways horrible service!!!

    They never have appointments they have you call on Wednesdays at 7AM and if you call 10-15min later they are suddenly out of appointments, I can understand because I know there is a shortage nationwide of providers but the dissatisfaction at this clinic is unreal. The phone number for the dental office and medical office goes to the same call center with people not even in that office. They cant transfer messages to any of the Dental Assistance. They don't know how to use their own EPIC system to get proper information routed to assistance or providers. It was so much easier when you could call and talk to someone who is actually in the office and actually care to help patients find appointments or even answer questions. Now when I call I'm talking to someone who doesn't even understand what I'm talking about and is always having to go back and check. I know so many people who complain. But then again why would they care this clinic or for low income people so the workers on the phone could care less because they know their isn't many other options for people to go. I had time today so there is my review.
