The Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. (CHCSCT) also known as Gonzales Community Health Center, is a non profit organization that has four Clinic locations:
in Gonzales, Luling, Seguin and Victoria.

Have five chairs at the Gonzales clinic, four chairs in Seguin, and three chairs in Luling.

Will be expanding clinic in Luling by adding two more chairs to meet the demand.

Dental center hours:

Mondays 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesdays 8:00am - 12:00pm, 2:00pm - 7:00pm.
Wednesdays 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Thursdays 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Fridays 9:00am - 5:00pm.
