    Doctor Irish stated my tooth simply need to be pulled there was no infection and she would not prescribe antibiotics well the tooth has no cavity there is gum disease periodontal gum disease and antibiotics are used to treat it she is a b**** got up and walked out

Atascosa Health Center, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provides services to all.

Provide accessible, comprehensive health promotion and quality care services to all residents of Atascosa, Karnes, Live Oak, McMullen and Wilson Counties.

AHC achieves this service with a network of four rural health clinics.

New patients and Walk-Ins are welcome.

Locations in Atascosa, Karnes, Live Oak and Wilson Counties.

AHC accepts most commercial insurances, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, etc. Also, AHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare and the Childrens Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

AHC provides a sliding fee discount program for services based upon income and number of family members.

Sliding fee discount is confidential and persons applying for the discount must provide documentation of income such as employee paycheck stubs, government benefits, etc.
