As a community health center, Total Health Care provides services regardless of ability to pay and require you to complete certain documents before they can discount your fee.

Payments, including discounted fees, are required at the time of service.

Dental Hours: 
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. 
First 3 Mondays of each month, 8:30 am – 8:00 pm.
