St. Luke's Medical and Dental Clinic provides the following health services:
The clinic is operated by part-time staff and a dedicated team of volunteers, including:
medical director, dental director, physicians, licensed practical nurse, registered nurses, certified health educator and administrative specialists
St. Luke’s Free Medical & Dental Clinic is a program of Catholic Charities of Central Florida in partnership with St. Mary of The Lakes and St. Patrick Catholic Churches.
The clinic provides medical care, case management, preventative health education programs, specialist referrals and referrals to community social services to qualified residents of Lake, Marion, North Orange and North Seminole Counties.

Monday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

1. How am I expected to pay?
2. What are the costs for services. Is this discounted or based on income?
3. What Documents am I required to provide?
4. Do you need me to provide income statements in order to verify discounts, mail to provide residency?
5. How are the instruments sterilized?
Heat sterilization is very important for all instruments. If you are not comfortable with their answer, you can choose another office.
